What is the difference between an 'Original' and a 'Canvas Print' or 'Art Print'?
An 'Original' is a unique, handmade work of art, while a Canvas Print or Art Print is a reproduction of the original artwork, printed on canvas or paper.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier, with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 20 business days for international orders.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping service (e.g., PostNL, UPS, DHL).
Can I cancel or change my order after I placed it?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@marloudaverveldt.com
Unfortunately, an order for a print on a product cannot be cancelled or changed because these are printed to order.
The prints on products and the prints on demand are provided by Printful and Gelato, among others.

Are the colours of the product on the website the same as in real life?
We do our best to display the colors as accurately as possible. Color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Let me know! Please contact me immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the package. You can do so at info@marloudaverveldt.com and include photos of the damage.
For prints on demand and/or on products: These are provided by Printful and Gelato, among others.

For originals: If the packaging is severely damaged upon receipt, please leave it sealed and send me photos of the package. I may need these to contact the carrier and insurance company.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, which you can see at checkout. I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my product?
We offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if you're not satisfied. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please always contact me first at info@marloudaverveldt.com before returning anything.
What materials are used for the products you sell?
We use high-quality materials, such as premium canvas for prints and high-quality art paper for paper prints. Our print-on-demand products (e.g., bottles, bags, laptop cases) meet European market standards. They are printed by Printful or Gelato.
